Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Moral Damage, an adult party game published by Damage Dept. By creating a host account you agree to them.

Adults only

Moral Damage is for people aged 18 and over. It contains sexual themes, strong language and deliberately uncomfortable choices. The host is responsible for who is at the table and for choosing a Devil level and categories that suit them.

Your account

One host account runs the game on one shared device. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free games, subscriptions and packs

  • New host accounts receive a number of full free games. A game counts once its first complete table round has been played.
  • After the free games, an active subscription is needed to start new games. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Expansion packs are separate one-off purchases that stay on your account.
  • Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Damage Points

Damage Points are a loyalty reward with no cash value. They are earned and redeemed under the rules shown in the Rewards area, which may change. Points obtained through self-referral, duplicate accounts or refunded purchases may be reversed, and rewards can be paused on accounts that abuse the scheme.

Dilemmas you submit

When you submit a dilemma you confirm it is your own work and you grant Damage Dept a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, publish and use it in Moral Damage and related products, with or without credit. We are not obliged to use any submission. Nothing is published without review.

Playing sensibly

The game is designed to start arguments, not to settle them. Play with people who want to play, respect anyone who wants to skip a question or switch a category off, and drink responsibly.
